The Effects of Vitamin C on Cholesterol

Adequate amounts of Vitamin C may prevent coronary artery disease as much as a healthy diet can, if not more so.

Asher Laub‘s insight:

apples, carrots and beans are high in pectins and therefore can be used to reduce oxidized cholesterol.  Combine pectin w/ vit C to enhance the redox of cholesterol.
